Directions ultra dry hair?
Hi, I have, thin fine hair and want to do my hair ultra dry. I do not use hair conditioner and my hair is still dry no. I'm want it to be drier. Maybe I should try to wash it with soap? 3-4 I perm and hair not yet dry and hard. My hair is always soft and not I like that is why I want to do is dry and hard.
