Tray Lowest

Tray Lowest
My icon tray in the lower RH corner has a new flashing icon.?

It has no title and I can’t figure out how to remove it. There are no programs that look out of place in the add/remove panel. I’ve run a virus scan and Spybot but it still remains.
Can someone help?

Have you tried right clicking on it and deleting it. or right click on your task bar go to toolbar and click on QuickLaunch this will disable the quicklaunch bar, enable it again see if that will get rid of it.
