Can anyone recommend some other artists that paint “with light” similar to the style of Thomas Kinkade?
My wife and I are looking for a nice painting/print where the artist has put a few “points of light” into the work, but we can’t stand the Kinkade thatched huts and fantasia. City scenes or nature would be just fine. We saw some Terry Redlin pieces, but would like to see if there are other artists you can recommend. We are NOT looking for those cheap paintings with actaul LED lights in them; rather, we are looking for fine artwork. Thanks.
If you have the money, this stuff is AMAZING, so so much better than Thomas Kinkade, and it has awesome lighting. Look at the gallery work.

Thomas’s Dinnerware
Thomas Kinkade have come together to create a collection of beautiful and functional dinnerware. Taken from the Spode archival pattern “Pendant” the border design is soft green and sepia tones in a delicate patterned design with floral highlights. This collection of dinnerware coordinates beautifully with the giftware sets of dinner or salad plates and mugs featuring the Thomas Kinkade cottage images themselves. All items in the this pattern are both dishwasher and microwave safe. Made of High Quality earthenware. Gift boxed.
The Vario form, designed by the Yellow Circle design studio. The shape is representative of their innovative design approach. The core design elements are the circle & triangle, which can be combined in innumerable variations. The black & triangle motifs are graphic & very much in style with the Pop Art revival.
Thomas O’Brien’s fine casual table designs are dressed up, yet down home. Visually, the distinction of this line is its daring juxtaposition of dark colors with platinum edges, and high shine against lustrous matte surfaces. A chestnut charger anchors the setting with cinematic smoke blue goblets for sipping in mod style.
Thomas Jefferson reflects the past, but its design has a contemporary twist. The knife, with its J-shaped handle, is the star of this unique pattern. While the handles of the other pieces, broader at the ends, are more traditionally styled. Please purchase on online www.etabletop.com
