does anyone know how to put a quink cartridge in?

i just bought a parker vector series 001 and i’ve been trying to insert the cartridge for the last 10 minutes and it’s getting really anoying. I need help fast

Unscrew the barrel and take the old cartridge out. Push with a bit of pleasure down on the new ink cartridge toward the nib until you hear and feel it being pierced. Screw the pen back up.
