Can a series 7 stockbroker set up office outside the US?
I am a stockbroker (series 7, series 63) based in Miami, FL. I was wondering if I could legally set up my practice in my home country Pakistan and retain my clients, while working in an independent branch office of my own firm. Is there a way for me to do so? It would be quite convenient as the time difference would work in my favor and with a high-speed internet connection and a Vonage phone line, it would be virtually the same as using my trading system from my Miami office.
