I was wondering what the highest karat of gold is. (For example; 14 karat, 24 karat, etc.)

FYI:
gold is measured out of 24 karats, 24 karats means that there is no other metal mixed with the pure gold. 18 karat gold me 18/24 is gold, the rest is metal. 14 karat gold is so popular because there is more gold than metal but is very durable. 24 karat gold is soft compared to 14 karat gold.
