How rare are the all gold Naruto cards?

I recently got a gold card in the new Naruto booster pack ‘Broken Promise’. No, I don’t mean the Gold Foil cards; when I looked it up those were all I could find. I mean I got a card that was completely gold, THE WHOLE CARD was black and gold. I’ve never seen anything like it and I was wondering how rare it is because I can’t find any information on it anywhere.
