How I can make glow in the dark for my sweet sixteen invitations?
OK so I have my sweet sixteen this year and my theme is glow in the dark .. How I can shine in the darkness invites? I know I can write on black paper brightness in the dark feathers but have to be left out in the first light? Are there other ways to make them?
I guess you can go to any arts and crafts store and buy a little shine in the dark paint / pens. if not, I tell you things a bit NEON from its close to glow in the dark … me anyway
