"I can return a phone for a different color?
I bought a Sony Ericsson w350 Ice Blue online from AT & T, but now I want the black power instead. Will AT & T gives me a different color if I did not open the box at all.
I sold the phones for many years. By federal law you have the right to return or exchange a phone for any reason within 14 days. AT & T policy is actually 30. If You AT & T bought directly online, by phone or in a real AT & T store this should be no problem. If you bought a 3rd party retailer (Best Buy, Walmart, CarToys, etc) has to deal with what they carry in stock – although you can still return the phone and cancel the contract if it was purchased from a 3rd party and will be purchased directly from AT & T EDIT: The phone must be in "like new" condition and still no scratches all original packaging returned content also, when you send it again or be billed.
